This is a really beautifully and quite unusual puffy heart pendant made from solid 18ct gold. The face of the pendant is set with a stunning natural sapphire which is circled by eight lustrious seed pearls, creating a very pretty flower motif.

The pendant measures 6 x 5mm and weighs 1.52g. It is not marked, but has been machine tested for 18ct gold.
